The provider of products and services sold in this online store is KITTUIS Camping, (3501651-2), and these terms and conditions apply to the offering of products and services.

Terms of Service

KITTUIS Camping adheres to the following conditions regarding the reservation and cancellation of products and services:

These terms become binding on both parties when the customer has made an advance payment for the reserved product or has paid both the advance payment and the final payment in one installment. The advance payment and final payment must be made by the specified due dates.

If the customer needs to cancel their reservation, it must be done in writing to KITTUIS Camping. Failure to pay the advance or final payment does not automatically cancel the reservation, and therefore does not exempt the customer from these cancellation terms.

The full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The booking may be cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the rental period, in which case a booking fee of €20 will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the rental period are non-refundable.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

KITTUIS Camping reserves the right to correct any errors in the price information on the online store before the agreement is formed. After the agreement is formed, KITTUIS Camping has the right to increase or decrease the agreed price if the taxes or public fees affecting the price of the holiday service change.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the holiday destination or its property.

The holiday property may be used by a maximum number of persons as indicated in the description of the holiday property or as agreed upon when making the reservation.

The key will be available for the customer starting from 3 PM on the arrival day, and it must be returned by 12 PM on the departure day unless otherwise agreed upon. The customer is responsible for any lost keys of the holiday property. The customer is also responsible for the costs associated with the installation of new locks and the production of new keys.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the holiday property as well as on the beach. The holiday property must be left in a clean condition when departing. If smoking has occurred inside the holiday property or if the cottage is left in an untidy condition, the customer is obligated to pay for the costs of cleaning resulting from this.

The customer is responsible for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the customer to the seller or third parties.

Cancellation and Modification

Cancellations must always be made in writing (email). KITTUIS Camping acknowledges the cancellation by responding to the customer's message. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the information about the cancellation has reached KITTUIS Camping. If the customer can demonstrate that the cancellation was made and sent to the correct address at the right time, the cancellation will be accepted even if it arrives late or does not arrive at all. The reservation fee will be retained upon cancellation. If the cancellation of the reservation occurs later than 7 days before the start of the vacation, no payments will be refunded unless due to a serious accident or death. If the cancellation occurs during the vacation, the payment made by the customer will not be refunded. The customer should ensure that they have valid travel insurance.

Force Majeure

KITTUIS Camping shall not be liable for the cancellation of an order or reservation or other damage resulting from a force majeure event beyond KITTUIS Camping's control, which the seller could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the transaction and the consequences of which KITTUIS Camping could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.

Notices and Complaints

All remarks and complaints regarding the condition and equipment of the accommodation should be addressed directly to the owner as soon as the issue arises. Complaints made afterwards will not be taken into account.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes arising from the agreement primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached in negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the district court of the seller's domicile. This agreement is governed by Finnish law.

This online store has been implemented on the Joiku Booking online store platform. Joiku Booking (Comgate Oy, 2663001-9) does not provide, own, or control any services or products such as accommodations, activities, or transportation services that you access through this site.

The owner of this online store, KITTUIS Camping, owns, controls, or offers services or products directly or as an agent. The seller is responsible for the service or product sold. The seller's terms apply to your booking, so you must accept and understand these terms. Joiku Booking is not responsible for any issues related to booking, use, implementation, or delivery of the service or product.

Ordering

Products are primarily ordered through the internet via the online store's shopping cart.

All orders will be confirmed via email, indicating the order price and ordered items. To receive the order confirmation, provide your email address during the order process.

By placing each order, you agree to the current seller's terms of service.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your account statement or credit card bill and will transmit the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.
